Q2: How about your guarantee ?
A:  1. 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
      2. Defective items SHOULD BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You should tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

Q3: What is your MOQ and can you offer free sample to check your products quality at first ?
 A: Usually our MOQ is 50pcs for each model, samples can be sent for your actual checking.

Yes.We're pleasure to offer free sample if there is existing material,please pay for the freight charge to ensure fairness.
But we have to charge for some special situations,such as the customized sample with logo printing or custom color.Because the cost of plate making fee or material with custom color is a bit high,we will return this cost after placing order.
 
Q4: When I will receive your email as I send the inquiry to you?
A: Because of jet lag, maybe sometime will reply late, but we will reply you as we receive the email at once.

Q5:How about price?
A: As price, we will give u the last price, it’s according to order quantity. If you have any problem about price, we warmly welcome you to contact us.

Q6:How about your goods quality control  ?   
A: We always make 100% complete inspection for twice before delivery.Any third part inspection are welcome.We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility.We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products.  

     Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists  to ensure the high quality of our products. The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The semi-products must pass the inspection procedure made by our own QC staff.

     The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment. We have professional QC teams to check the quality for every case ,and if the goods are damaged or have problem with them ,will refund or resend.
 
Q7: Do you offer OEM/ODM service ?

A:Yes,we had got enough rich experience about OEM/ODM during worked with these famous brands .Both customized logo and packaging are  acceptable.
 
Q8: Which payment terms do you accept ?

A:Our payment term is usually deposit 30% by T/T in advance,the balance to be paid before shipment (after inspection).We also accept the payment by AlibabaTrade Assurance ,Escow, alipay,Western Union , Paypal.MoneyGram.
 
Q9: Do you offer mixed order  and drop shipping order ?
A:Yes.we offer mixed order with mixed model and mixed color ; Yes,you do not need to stock goods ,when you get an order ,you can send the order to us and we help delivery the goods for you.

Q10: How about your lead time and shipping method?
A: For stock samples, it could be 1-2 days to prepare them. And for OEM mass production, it may take 5-15 days depending on your order qty and our production schedule. For ODM orders, please send us inquiry indicating your ideas and requirement so that we can talk in details. There are three ways for you choose.
           1. By Express (Such as DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS)
           2. By Air (you need told us your location Airport)
           3. By Sea(you need told us your location Shipping Port)
